Job Responsibilities: Change Management Consultant

Location: Anywhere in USA

Description:
Consultants create value for our clients in areas of Change Management, Business Strategy, Information Technology Strategy, Process Redesign and Organizational Design. This body of work requires an in-depth understanding of an organization’s business systems and industry requirements. Focus is on bringing understanding of the clients’strategic vision, organizational, performance and management problems and to offer solutions as they relate to the future business environment.

Required Skills:
• 5-7 years Prior Consulting experience
• 5-7 Years in change management activities
• Prior Big-4 Consulting experience
• Strong indication of being a self-starter
• Strong understanding and track record with financial performance improvement
• Strong Business process skills
• Strong Computer skills

Desired Skills:
• Client interface at the Executive level
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Excellent leadership
• Excellent written communication,
• Excellent oral communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Minimum Educational Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree required - preference would be a Masters Degree
