ITIL ITSM Service Consultant, $90K to $118K+, 80% Travel

Finance Industry - Atlanta, GA

-Required:

* 5+ years direct outside client consulting and/or end user consulting; billable;
* 3+ years ITIL ITSM Service Management consulting with IT process, IT organization, IT technology deployment etc;
* 3+ years ITIL ITSM Service Management consulting with SOA, Asset Mgmt, Service Request, Release Mgmt, Chargeback Accounting, IT Optimization, distributed systems, Electronic Surveillance ESM, etc;
* Excellent verbal and written English communications;
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% weekdays, home weekends



Preferred:

* ITIL Foundation certification preferred; ITSM SOA Service Management;
* Prior hands-on IT Infrastructure Architecture with HPUX AIX Solaris Linux Intel MVS etc;
* Prior hands-on IT Infrastructure Architecture with High Availability HA M/C ServiceGuard HACMP Clustering etc;


We are expanding, and we are looking for 3+ years experienced hands-on ITIL ITSM Service Management Consultants; ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.


These are Permanent positions with full benefits and annual bonus; a unique career opportunity. Up to 80% US travel is required, home weekends.

US Citizenship or USPR (green card); excellent verbal and written English communications skills; hands-on experience with the required technologies.


You can live in most any large US city. If you decide to relocate for one of these positions, you must pay your own relocation to one of the cities where your skills are needed; No relocation assistance.


Responsibilities include:

The ITIL ITSM Consultant will support delivery of IT Services Management Consulting services; help clients realize value from their IT investment through improvement of their IT Service Management Infrastructure including process, organization, and technology deployment on an enterprise wide basis; provide effective end-to-end systems management solutions including SOA, distributed, and network centric environments; develop processes to manage IT investments, measure IT effectiveness, conserve or allocate resources and increase customer satisfaction.


Candidate should have the following skills/knowledge:

ITIL Consulting; Analyze Business and IT Requirements; Apply Basic Principals of Electronic Surveillance Measures (ESM); Create Project Implementation Plans; Client Relationship.


You must have 3 yrs ITIL or ITSM Services Management Consulting experience.


Candidate should have concentration/background in 1 or more of the following areas:
SOA, Asset Management, Service Request, Software Release Management, Chargeback / IT Accounting skills.


This position includes the following:
